Ingredients

2 kilograms of Pork loin

4 Hard-boiled eggs

¼ kilogram of Potatoes

1 pinch of Salt

1 teaspoon of Cumin

½ Crushed garlic head

Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

Rosemary for garnishing

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Marinate the pork loin with garlic, oil, and salt.

Step 2 : Then, place it in the preheated oven at 350°F until well cooked and the skin is golden brown.

Step 3 : In a bowl, mix finely chopped cabbage, julienne onion, cubed tomato, and a tablespoon of dried chili flakes to make the salad.

Step 4 : In a deep plate, arrange banana leaves followed by yuca, pork loin, and finally, the salad.
