Costa Rican Macaroni

800 grams of Macaroni

500 grams of Ground beef

1 Onion

1 Bell pepper

2 Tomatoes

1 can of Tomato sauce with mushrooms

1 Chicken or beef bouillon cube

3 tablespoons of Butter

2 tablespoons of Achiote oil

Parmesan cheese

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper
