Ingredients
2 cups of Fresh corn
½ cup of Sugar
¼ cup of Flour
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons of Butter
½ cup of Milk
½ teaspoon of Vanilla
Oil or butter
Preparation
Step 1 : The preparation of this recipe starts by placing all the ingredients in a blender and blending until a lumpy mixture is obtained.
Step 2 : Next, heat a skillet with oil or butter and pour two or three tablespoons of the mixture onto it, shaping it into a tortilla.
Step 3 : Repeat this process until all the mixture has been fried.
