Ingredients

2 Corvina fillets

¼ kilogram of Shrimp, mussels, and clams

1 Dried fish consommé pouch or cube

60 milliliters of Orange juice

15 milliliters of Triple sec

4 Cherries

1 Red and green bell pepper

2 tablespoons of Oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch

1 Thinly sliced orange

¼ cup of Sweet cream

½ Bouquet of parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, bring water to a boil to cook the shrimp.

Step 2 : Season the fillets, mussels, clams, and shrimp separately with pepper, shrimp consommé, and oyster sauce.

Step 3 : Place the fillets on butter-greased aluminum foil.

Step 4 : Place the shrimp in the center of the fillets and roll them up.

Step 5 : Then place them in a baking dish or Pyrex in a water bath, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 6 : In a pot, prepare the sauce with sweet cream and triple sec, thickened with cornstarch dissolved in water, over low heat.

Step 7 : Sauté the mussels and clams with bell pepper, garlic, and triple sec for 5 minutes.

Step 8 : After cooking time, carefully remove the foil from the fillets.

Step 9 : Pour the sauce over the fillet and garnish with orange slices and cherries.

Step 10 : Place the mussels and clams on the sides and sprinkle with parsley to taste.

Step 11 : Serve hot.
