Corvina in red sauce
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Corvina or dorado fillet
1 teaspoon of Mustard
¼ teaspoon of Pepper
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 cup of Onion in strips
1 teaspoon of Crushed garlic
½ cup of Green sweet pepper in strips
1 tablespoon of Chopped culantro
2 cups of Peeled and chopped tomato
½ teaspoon of Monosodium glutamate
2 tablespoons of Tomato paste
½ cup of Chopped stuffed olives
½ cup of Chicken broth
½ teaspoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Curry
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of Grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first season the corvina with mustard, pepper, salt, curry, and Worcestershire sauce, then marinate it for 1 hour.
Step 2 : Next, in a skillet with oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper for 5 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, add the tomato, monosodium glutamate, tomato paste, olives, chicken broth, and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4 : Finally, place the fish in the sauce, cook for another 15 minutes, add the cheese, let it melt, and remove from heat.
Step 5 : Serve the dish accompanied by rice decorated with culantro.
