Ingredients

½ kilogram of Shelled corn

½ kilogram of Ribs

2 Chicken breasts

1 Sweet pepper

Celery, onion, thyme

Salt, coyote cilantro, and parsley

2 tablespoons of Margarine

Preparation

Step 1 : The corn is placed in the mill to break and drained for a while.

Step 2 : The ribs are fried over medium heat with margarine for about 30 minutes until well-cooked.

Step 3 : The breasts are cut into small pieces and cooked with spices and vegetables.

Step 4 : After about 20 minutes, the sautéed corn is added to the breasts and ribs.

Step 5 : It is cooked together in its own juice until ready.
