Chicken breasts in orange sauce
Ingredients
2 Chicken breast fillets
2 Onions
4 Crushed garlic cloves
1 ½ cup of Orange juice
1 Lemon
1 tablespoon of Honey
1 tablespoon of Thyme
1 tablespoon of Flour
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and a little garlic, then coat them in wheat flour and set aside.
Step 2 : In a skillet, sauté the onion and the remaining garlic until translucent.
Step 3 : Next, add the honey, thyme, orange and lemon juices, season with salt and a pinch of pepper.
Step 4 : Simmer the sauce over low heat, stirring constantly for about 15 minutes.
Step 5 : Meanwhile, in another skillet with a little olive oil, brown the chicken fillets.
