Ingredients

4 Boneless chicken breasts

4 tablespoons of Mustard

1 cup of Coconut milk

1 tablespoon of Flour

2 tablespoons of Margarine

Olive oil

Breadcrumbs

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper
