1 cup of Black beans
½ kilogram of Meat (loin)
2 cups of Cooked rice
2 Chopped onions
2 Chopped garlic cloves
1 Chopped celery stalk
1 Chopped cilantro branch
150 grams of Bacon
2 Sweet chili peppers
Worcestershire sauce
Vegetable oil
Chopped cabbage
Preparation
Step 1 : The recipe starts by sautéing the chopped onion, sweet chili peppers, and garlic in a pan with oil until golden.
Step 2 : Then add the cooked black beans and let everything cook together for about 15 minutes.
Step 3 : In another pan, sauté the seasoned meat over medium heat for 20 minutes and then add the onions cut julienne style for 15 minutes.
Step 4 : In another pan, separately sauté the plantain, cabbage, and bacon, then set aside.
Step 5 : To serve, place the sautéed beans with vegetables on a plate, cooked rice on the side, the portion of meat with onions on top, and sprinkle the plate with cilantro, celery, Worcestershire sauce, cabbage, and bacon.
