Ingredients

1 kilogram of Fish fillets

2 Beaten eggs

1 cup of Breadcrumbs and/or soda crackers

Juice of two lemons

1 pinch of Salt

1 cup of Oil

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The fish is seasoned with lemon juice, salt, and pepper one hour before cooking.

Step 2 : The fillets are dipped in beaten egg and breadcrumbs, repeating the process twice.

Step 3 : Fry the fillets in hot oil until they are golden, approximately 15 minutes, turning them at least once to brown on both sides.

Step 4 : The fish can be served with rice and fried plantains.
