½ kilogram of Cecina

1 Seasoning cube

30 grams of Butter

1 cup of Various spices (chili, onion, garlic, cilantro, and celery)

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cooking the plantains in salted water, then drain them and make a puree, ideally while still warm.

Step 2 : Reserve the plantain puree.

Step 3 : In a separate skillet, fry the vegetables (chili, onion, garlic, cilantro, and celery) in butter, then add them to the plantain puree along with the cheese, pepper, seasoning cube, and finally the flour to compact.

Step 4 : For the filling, add crumbled cecina to the previous sauté, sprinkling with seasoning cube and pepper.

Step 5 : Divide the puree into two equal portions.

Step 6 : In a greased container, place one portion stretching it to cover the entire bottom.

Step 7 : On parchment paper, spread the other half of the puree, ensuring it is the same size as the container.

Step 8 : Carefully pour the filling into the container, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

Step 9 : Then, place the other layer of puree, remove the parchment paper, sprinkle with grated cheese to taste, and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
