400 grams of Beef ribs

4 liters of Water

1 tablespoon of Salt

1 kilogram of Carrots

5 Corn on the cob

500 grams of Cassava

3 Plantains

500 grams of Potatoes

500 grams of Taro root

500 grams of Sweet potato

Preparation

Step 1 : First, add the water to a pot that is already placed on the fire.

Step 2 : Then, add salt to taste and cut the meat into pieces to add to the pot.

Step 3 : Let it cook over moderate heat for 30 minutes to make the broth.

Step 4 : Next, peel the vegetables and wash them in a container with water.

Step 5 : Cut the vegetables into pieces and add them to the pot in a specific order of hardness, starting with the hardest ones.

Step 6 : It is suggested to start with carrot, corn on the cob, green plantain, and then cassava.

Step 7 : Let it sit for five minutes before adding the other vegetables.

Step 8 : After ten minutes, add the taro root, potato, and chopped sweet potato.
