Ingredients

700 grams of Mahi-mahi fillet

400 grams of Shelled shrimp

2 Chopped red chilis

1 Chopped onion

½ cup of Sesame oil

½ cup of Oyster sauce

2 tablespoons of Lizano sauce

1 cup of Seafood broth

1 Pepper

2 teaspoons of Cornstarch

3 tablespoons of Water

2 tablespoons of Cooking wine

1 Small bay leaf packet

Preparation

Step 1 : Skewers are assembled on wooden sticks, layering pieces of fish, shrimp, onion, and chili, previously marinated with spices such as bay leaf, wine, oyster sauce, oil, and Lizano sauce.

Step 2 : They are grilled on a barbecue or grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Step 3 : For the sauce, seafood broths are simmered with peppers, then blended with onion, chili, and garlic.

Step 4 : The mixture is thickened by simmering for about 15 minutes.
