Ingredients

1 kilogram of Corn

2 Hibiscus Rolls

2 Sweet Tapa

3 Ginger Manitas

1 Clove Pack

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the sweetened corn chicha, first cook the corn until half done and then grind it.

Step 2 : Place the corn in a container with 5 gallons of water and bring to a boil.

Step 3 : In another container with 4 gallons of water, add the hibiscus, ginger, clove, and sweet, bringing everything to a boil and letting it rest for 24 hours.

Step 4 : Then, strain the hibiscus mixture and combine it with the corn mixture in a suitable fermentation container (such as a barrel or jug), add 2 pieces of sweet, and let ferment for 8 days.

Step 5 : Finally, sweeten the chicha to taste with honey cap before serving it as a refreshing sweetened corn beverage.
