Ingredients

2 liters of Milk

1 can of Condensed milk

1 can of Evaporated milk

6 Egg yolks

1 cup of Rum

Sugar

1 Cinnamon stick

4 teaspoons of Cornstarch

¼ teaspoon of Salt

1 Grated nutmeg

Ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, bring the mixture of the three milks, sugar to taste, and a cinnamon stick to a boil, until fully boiled.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and a pinch of salt, add the cornstarch and mix until well integrated.

Step 3 : Once the mixture of the three milks is boiling, pour it over the egg yolk mixture in one go and beat vigorously.

Step 4 : Return the mixture to the pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Step 5 : When the cream reaches the desired consistency, add the rum and nutmeg, mix well, and remove from heat.

Step 6 : Before serving, sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top for decoration.
