Traditional Horchata

Ingredients

½ kilogram of Rice

4 Cinnamon sticks

7 Cloves

¼ kilogram of Peeled peanuts

1 ½ cup of Sugar

3 cans of Milk

Preparation

Step 1 : Boil the rice for 15 minutes, until soft.

Step 2 : Once ready, blend it until smooth.

Step 3 : Then strain the rice to achieve a finer texture before adding the cinnamon sticks and cloves.

Step 4 : Next, add the peeled peanuts and blend everything again until well mixed.

Step 5 : To finish, sugar can be added to taste to sweeten according to each person's preference.
