Ingredients

½ cup of Rice

3 tablespoons of Barley

3 Cinnamon sticks

3 Orange peels

1 Condensed milk

1 liter of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the refreshing drink, cook the barley in a liter of water for 20 minutes.

Step 2 : Then, add the washed rice and let it cook for another 20 minutes with the cinnamon and orange peels.

Step 3 : Once ready, let it cool and remove the peels and cinnamon sticks.

Step 4 : Then, blend everything with condensed milk and lots of ice to taste.
