Ingredients
¼ kilogram of Yellow corn
4 Cloves
1 pinch of Allspice
1 Cinnamon stick
5 tablespoons of Syrup
4 Ounces of ginger
Preparation
Step 1 : The yellow corn is toasted and ground dry.
Step 2 : Then, add the spices and let it rest covered well for a day so the flavors blend.
Step 3 : Subsequently, soak it in a liter of water with the syrup and ginger, letting it rest in a pitcher for another day.
Step 4 : Finally, strain and serve with crushed ice.
