Lemon Granita
Ingredients
2 liters of Water
1 kilogram of Lemons
½ kilogram of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pitcher, the water is placed and the lemon zest is incorporated, being careful not to grate the white part.
Step 2 : Add the lemon juice and sweeten with sugar to taste.
Step 3 : Pour the juice into a container and store in the refrigerator until frozen.
Step 4 : Once frozen, place it in a blender and process to obtain the granita effect.
Step 5 : Finally, serve decorated with mint leaves.
