Corn Pujagua Drink
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Corn pujagua
5 liters of Cold boiled water
5 cups of Sugar
1 ½ tablespoon of Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : The corn is cooked until it pops, for about 45 minutes, then ground until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Step 2 : This mixture is dissolved in water, left to rest, and then strained.
Step 3 : Once strained, vanilla is added and mixed well.
Step 4 : Subsequently, the mixture is brought to a boil and sweetened with sugar or bee honey.
Step 5 : Once it cools, ice is added and served.
