Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Yuca

2 Bars of margarine

2 cups of Sugar

4 Eggs

¼ kilogram of Semi-hard cheese

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

¼ cup of Milk

3 cups of Flour

3 teaspoons of Baking powder

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious yuca cake, start by grating the raw yuca and setting it aside for later use.

Step 2 : In a bowl, cream the egg whites until smooth.

Step 3 : Then, add the yolks, sugar, and margarine to the mixture and beat until smooth.

Step 4 : Next, gradually add the grated yuca, vanilla, milk, baking powder, and flour, making sure to mix well after each addition.

Step 5 : Finally, gently fold in the grated semi-hard cheese.

Step 6 : To continue with the preparation, pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured mold.

Step 7 : Then, bake at a temperature of 250°C for approximately 45 minutes, or until the yuca crown is golden and the cake is cooked inside.
