Ingredients

200 grams of White chocolate

½ liter of Milk

6 Eggs

200 grams of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

2 tablespoons of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : The recipe begins by heating the milk until it boils, then removing it from the heat and adding the chocolate, stirring until fully dissolved.

Step 2 : In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and the milk and chocolate mixture, finally adding the vanilla.

Step 3 : Next, place a pudding mold over the heat with 100 grams of sugar and water to prepare the caramel.
