Ingredients

6 Eggs

2 cups of Sugar

2 cups of Wheat flour

2 teaspoons of Baking powder

½ cup of Milk

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

1 can of Evaporated milk

1 can of Condensed milk

1 cup of Heavy cream

Chantilly cream for garnish

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the dessert, first beat the egg whites in a mixer until foamy.

Step 2 : Next, add the sugar and egg yolks, and continue beating until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Step 3 : Then it's time to alternately incorporate the milk and flour, and finally add the vanilla.

Step 4 : Once the preparation is ready, pour it into a dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden.

Step 5 : While baking, blend together the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream in a blender.

Step 6 : Once the sponge cake is ready, remove it from the oven and make perforations with a fork.

Step 7 : Next, pour the milk mixture over it, cover the mold with aluminum foil, and refrigerate for several hours to chill well.

Step 8 : When cold, garnish with chantilly cream and maraschino cherries.

Step 9 : And it will be ready to enjoy this delicious dessert.
