½ kilogram of Flour
1 Box of sweet cream
1 ½ Bars of butter
½ kilogram of Chiverre jam

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious empanadas, start by mixing the flour, sweet cream, and butter in a bowl until a compact dough forms.
Step 2 : Then, it is important to knead the dough until well integrated.
Step 3 : Once ready, roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface and cut into 20 round portions.
Step 4 : Next, fill each portion with the Chiverre jam and seal the edges with a fork to ensure the filling stays inside the empanada.
Step 5 : Then, place the empanadas in a previously greased and floured mold to prevent sticking.
