Ingredients

½ kilogram of White husked corn

3 Eggs

250 grams of Homemade sour cream

1 cup of Buttermilk

1 Stick of butter

1 Box of sweet cream

1 Package of dried coconut

2 cups of Yellow cornmeal

½ teaspoon of Salt

350 grams of Powdered cheese

1 ½ cup of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : Cook the corn until soft.

Step 2 : Once cooked, grind it and mix it with eggs, sour cream, buttermilk, butter, sweet cream, coconut, cornmeal, powdered cheese, and sugar.

Step 3 : Then, grease a baking tray and pour the mixture onto it.

Step 4 : This preparation is taken to the oven, previously preheated to 450°C, for about 2 hours, or until the surface is golden brown.

Step 5 : To check if the tamale is cooked inside, it is recommended to insert a knife and observe that it comes out clean.

Step 6 : Finally, this delicious seasoned baked tamale can be served hot or cold.
