3 cups of Rice
1 Box of milk
2 cans of Evaporated milk
3 Bars of butter
1 ½ cup of Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon of Achiote
½ cup of Clove
1 Sour lemon
2 ounces of Raisins
1 Cinnamon stick
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this exquisite dessert, start by cooking the rice with lemon zest, cloves, and cinnamon, making sure to stir constantly.
Step 2 : Once it is cooked, add the box of milk and the cans of evaporated milk, mixing all the ingredients well.
Step 3 : Then, add the bars of butter, the eggs, the achiote, and the raisins, and mix until you get a compact and homogeneous mixture.
Step 4 : Pour this preparation into a mold and take it to a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes, or until it is golden and firm.
