Ingredients
1 cup of Flour
1 cup of Milk
1 tablespoon of Oil
1 cup of Grated cheese
½ teaspoon of Baking powder
¼ cup of Sugar
1 Whole egg
Ground cinnamon
Honey or chocolate for decoration
Preparation
Step 1 : First, blend or process the oil with the flour, milk, baking powder, sugar, and egg.
Step 2 : Next, scoop the mixture with a ladle and pour into a skillet previously greased with butter, similar to preparing pancakes.
Step 3 : When the edges start to brown, flip them over to brown on the other side.
Step 4 : Once ready, place a bit of cinnamon, sugar to taste, and grated cheese in the center of each one, then roll or fold them into quarters.
