½ kilogram of Flour

½ cup of Sugar

1 Stick of butter

3 Eggs

1 teaspoon of Yeast

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

300 grams of Grapefruit in syrup

3 Figs in syrup

1 tablespoon of Chopped raisins

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious buns, mix the flour, sugar, melted butter, and beaten eggs with vanilla in a bowl.

Step 2 : In another bowl, stir the yeast with warm water until it rises, then incorporate this mixture into the previous preparation.

Step 3 : Knead the resulting dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Step 4 : Then, knead again and shape the buns, adding the filling of grapefruit, figs, and raisins.

Step 5 : Let the dough rise for 2 hours and then bake the buns until they are golden and ready to enjoy.
