Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first the corn must be ground and soaked in water for 2 to 3 days.

Step 2 : Then, it will be strained in a fine cloth and allowed to rest for 6 hours to settle.

Step 3 : Subsequently, the water will be discarded and what remains at the bottom of the container will be kept.
