½ cup of Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tablespoon of Flour
½ cup of Milk
2 kilograms of Pumpkin puree
1 can of Condensed milk

Step 1 : To prepare the delicious flan de ayote sazón, start by caramelizing the sugar and then adding it to the bottom of the dish intended for the dessert.
Step 2 : Next, mix the condensed milk with the pumpkin puree and cook over low heat.
Step 3 : On the other hand, combine the previously beaten egg yolks with the flour and milk, and then add it to the puree mixture.
Step 4 : Once everything is integrated, blend the preparation and pour it into a heat-resistant mold, baking it at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Step 5 : After cooking, let the flan cool before serving, enjoying its delicious flavor and smooth texture.
