Dulce de Leche Roll
Ingredients
3 Eggs
¾ cup of Sugar
1 ½ cup of Wheat flour
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 cup of Dulce de leche
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by sifting the wheat flour with the baking powder.
Step 2 : Then, in a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually add the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Step 3 : Next, incorporate the flour alternately with the egg yolks, finishing with the vanilla.
Step 4 : Subsequently, pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured pan, placing it in the oven for approximately 25 minutes or until it acquires a golden color.
Step 5 : Once the preparation is ready, remove it from the pan and eliminate the golden crust.
Step 6 : Place a damp cloth over the sponge cake for a few minutes and then spread the dulce de leche over the surface.
Step 7 : Carefully roll up and finally cut into slices to enjoy.
