Costa Rican Corn Cake
Ingredients
1 can of Whole corn
3 Eggs
1 ½ cup of Corn flour
1 ½ cup of Sugar
2 cups of Te
80 milliliters of Corn oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the corn cake, first drain the water from the corn.
Step 2 : Then, beat all the ingredients in the blender, except the yeast.
Step 3 : Once you have a homogeneous mixture, pour it into a bowl and add the yeast, mixing well.
Step 4 : Pour the mixture into a pre-greased mold and bake at 200°C for 50 minutes.
Step 5 : Finally, serve the corn cake accompanied by a cup of coffee.
