1 can of Condensed milk
1 Stick of margarine
2 teaspoons of Baking powder
3 Eggs
1 can of Sweet corn
1 pinch of Salt
Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : First, blend the condensed milk, margarine, baking powder, eggs, corn, salt, and vanilla together until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Step 2 : Then, pour the resulting mixture into a previously greased mold to prevent sticking.
Step 3 : Next, place the mold in the preheated oven at medium temperature and bake for about 25 minutes or until the pudding turns golden brown and is fully cooked.
Step 4 : Once ready, turn off the oven and let the pudding sit for a few minutes before serving, allowing it to settle and cool slightly.
