Ingredients

6 Eggs

½ cup of Sugar

1 cup of Cola syrup

1 ½ cup of Wheat flour

1 teaspoon of Baking powder

½ teaspoon of Cola essence

1 cup of Evaporated milk

1 cup of Whole milk

½ cup of Milk powder

1 cup of Cola syrup

2 Butter bars

1 can of Condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1 : Sift the flour along with the baking powder.

Step 2 : Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and incorporate the yolks along with the sugar.

Step 3 : Using a spatula, fold in the flour and cola essence.

Step 4 : Pour the preparation into a mold and bake for 30 minutes until golden.

Step 5 : Let it cool and cut the sponge cake in half.

Step 6 : For the filling, blend the evaporated milk, whole milk, milk powder, and 1 cup of cola syrup.

Step 7 : Set aside.

Step 8 : For the shine that will cover the sponge cake, beat the butter and gradually incorporate the condensed milk until obtaining a fluffy cream.

Step 9 : To finish the dessert, place a layer of sponge cake and fill it with part of the cream and part of the gloss.

Step 10 : Then, place the other half of the sponge cake and spread it with the rest of the cream and gloss.

Step 11 : Decorate with cola glaze and fruits.
