Coayote Sweet
Ingredients
4 Coayotes
1 ½ cup of Sugar
2 cups of Water
1 cup of Cola syrup
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon of Cloves
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1 : Coayotes are peeled and opened to remove the seeds, cleaned, and carefully washed.
Step 2 : They are cut into segments and left to soak overnight.
Step 3 : Then, they are drained and squeezed to remove all the liquid.
Step 4 : In a pot, prepare the syrup with sugar and water, adding vanilla, cinnamon, and cloves.
Step 5 : Once it boils, place the coayote segments and add the syrup.
Step 6 : Cook until the fruit crystallizes and absorbs the flavors, removing from heat when finished.
