Ingredients
2 cups of Milk
3 Eggs
1 ½ cup of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 teaspoon of Lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, place ¾ cup of sugar and let it heat until it forms caramel.
Step 2 : In a separate bowl, beat the milk with the eggs and another ¾ cup of sugar.
Step 3 : Add the vanilla and lemon zest to the beaten mixture.
Step 4 : Spread a mold with the prepared caramel and pour the beaten mixture inside.
Step 5 : The mold is baked in a water bath for about 45 minutes.
