½ cup of Sugar
1 Lactocrema bar
1 cup of Natilla
4 Egg yolks
1 pinch of Salt
3 cups of Flour
3 teaspoons of Baking powder
Guava jelly
Preparation
Step 1 : First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2 : Next, cream the lactocrema with the sugar and add the egg yolks.
Step 3 : Then, sift the flour with the baking powder and salt, and add the margarine alternating with the natilla.
Step 4 : The resulting dough is divided into two parts.
Step 5 : Line a mold with paper, grease it and place one part of the dough at the bottom.
Step 6 : Cover with the jelly and then place the other part of the dough over the jelly, sprinkling some sugar on top.
Step 7 : The preparation is placed in the preheated oven and baked until golden, approximately between 35 and 40 minutes.
Step 8 : Once ready, let it cool and then cut into equal parts before serving.
