Ingredients
1 cup of Flour
1 kilogram of Grated cassava
3 teaspoons of Baking powder
½ teaspoon of Salt
1 Butter stick
4 Eggs
½ cup of Sugar
1 cup of Sour cream
1 cup of Grated white cheese
1 Can of condensed milk
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, first unify and sift the dry ingredients.
Step 2 : Then, slowly beat the sugar, eggs, and condensed milk.
Step 3 : At this point, add to the dry ingredients the butter, cheese, and cassava alternately.
Step 4 : Next, bake the mixture.
Step 5 : When it is almost golden, add the rest of the condensed milk and let it brown completely.
