Baked Sweet Plantain
Ingredients
6 Ripe plantains
1 Stick of butter
½ cup of Honey
8 Cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks, broken into several pieces
Cream cheese or whole cheese
Preparation
Step 1 : First, preheat the oven to 300 degrees Celsius.
Step 2 : Then, peel the plantains and place them in a baking dish, making a cut in the center.
Step 3 : Next, add the honey, cloves, cinnamon, and stick of margarine over the plantains.
Step 4 : Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
Step 5 : Finally, serve with cream cheese or chopped cheese.
