Ingredients
2 cups of Washed rice
1 liter of Whole milk
1 can of Evaporated milk
1 cup of Powdered milk
2 Cinnamon sticks
6 Cloves
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 ½ cup of Sugar
Powdered cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious rice pudding, you must first rinse the rice with clean water and strain it.
Step 2 : Then, place it in a pot and cook with 2 ½ cups of water and a pinch of salt.
Step 3 : As the liquid reduces, add the whole milk, cloves, and whole cinnamon.
Step 4 : Cook for about 20-30 minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Step 5 : When the rice is almost ready, add the cup of sugar, tablespoon of butter, and evaporated milk.
Step 6 : Mix well and cook for about five more minutes.
Step 7 : Finally, add the cup of powdered milk, stirring for a couple of minutes, and then turn off the heat.
Step 8 : Once ready, serve the rice pudding and garnish with a little powdered cinnamon.
