Ingredients

500 grams of Ground beef

1 kilogram of Potatoes

1 Cube diced onion

1 Cube diced sweet pepper

3 Crushed garlic cloves

1 Handful of culantro

2 tablespoons of Butter

1 teaspoon of Annatto powder

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, cook the potatoes in water with a little salt until they are soft.

Step 2 : Then, make a puree with the potatoes and butter, and set aside.

Step 3 : In a pan, sauté the onion, sweet pepper, and garlic.

Step 4 : Next, add the meat and season with salt, pepper, and a bit of annatto.

Step 5 : Cook the meat until it is done.

Step 6 : Then spread the potato puree on wax paper and place the meat on top.

Step 7 : Roll it up slowly and place the roll in a baking dish.

Step 8 : Brush with beaten egg and bake until golden.

Step 9 : Once baked, allow to cool and cut into thick slices.
