Plantain Ceviche
Ingredients
5 Green plantains
2 Medium tomatoes
2 Sweet peppers
2 Onions
10 Lemons
3 Minced garlic
1 Bunch of cilantro
1 Chicken broth
Monosodium glutamate
1 teaspoon of Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To start, peel the plantains and cook them with cilantro, three crushed garlic cloves, and a teaspoon of salt and monosodium glutamate.
Step 2 : Next, prepare a broth with the chicken broth cube to cook the plantains.
Step 3 : Then, finely chop the plantains, tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, and cilantro.
Step 4 : Once the broth is ready, add the lemons, chicken broth, salt, and white pepper.
