5 Green plantains

2 Medium tomatoes

2 Sweet peppers

2 Onions

10 Lemons

3 Minced garlic

1 Bunch of cilantro

1 Chicken broth

Monosodium glutamate

1 teaspoon of Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, peel the plantains and cook them with cilantro, three crushed garlic cloves, and a teaspoon of salt and monosodium glutamate.

Step 2 : Next, prepare a broth with the chicken broth cube to cook the plantains.
