Together they mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, forming a tempting dough.
They add dissolved consomme, cheese, ham, bacon, and other ingredients, creating an explosion of flavors.

Pan de especies
Ingredients
2 cups of Flour
1 tablespoon of Baking powder
½ teaspoon of Baking soda
150 grams of Margarine
1 Dried consomme packet or cube
½ cup of Water
1 Finely chopped onion
1 Sweet pepper, chopped
1 Finely chopped celery stalk
¼ cup of Sliced green olives
150 grams of Ham
150 grams of Bacon
½ cup of Grated cheese
1 teaspoon of Mustard
Preparation
Step 1 : To start, preheat the oven to 300°C.
Step 2 : In a bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3 : Then add the margarine and mix until lumpy.
Step 4 : Next, add the dried consomme previously dissolved in ½ cup of water and knead.
Step 5 : Incorporate the cheese, ham, bacon, onion, sweet pepper, olives, celery, or other desired ingredients and continue kneading.
Step 6 : On the other hand, form balls with the dough to give them the desired bread shape.
Step 7 : Grease and flour a baking tray, placing the formed dough balls on it.
Step 8 : Place the tray in the oven and bake the balls for approximately 25 minutes.
Step 9 : Once the time has elapsed, the bread will be ready to be enjoyed.
