5 Green plantains

½ cup of Vinegar

½ cup of Sour lemon juice

½ cup of Chopped onion

½ cup of Chopped chili

2 tablespoons of Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation
