1 can of Heart of palm, large

1 cup of Mango, diced

½ cup of Red onion, finely chopped

½ cup of Sweet pepper, sliced

3 tablespoons of Culantro, finely chopped

2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper
