Ingredients

20 Shrimp

10 Bamboo skewers

4 Lemons

1 Garlic head

1 Egg

Olive oil

1 teaspoon of Ground cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon of Ground oregano

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The shrimp is cleaned and set aside.

Step 2 : To marinate them, in a bowl place 1 cup of olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, oregano, and lemon juice.

Step 3 : Add the shrimp and refrigerate for about an hour.

Step 4 : To prepare the aioli, place 1 egg in the blender with garlic, lemon juice and zest, and cayenne pepper.

Step 5 : Process well and gradually incorporate olive oil until a mayonnaise is obtained.

Step 6 : Add a pinch of salt and refrigerate.

Step 7 : Prepare a grill at moderate temperature and assemble the shrimp skewers on previously soaked bamboo sticks.

Step 8 : Brush a little oil on the grill and place the shrimp skewers, cooking them properly for about 2 minutes per side until they acquire a pink color.

Step 9 : Sprinkle a little salt over the skewers while cooking.

Step 10 : Serve the skewers accompanied by aioli and lemon slices.
