Ingredients
450 grams of Rice
300 grams of Black beans
100 milliliters of Bean broth
30 grams of Culantro
4 Garlic cloves
40 grams of Chopped onion
40 grams of Chopped sweet pepper
50 milliliters of Salsa lizano
50 grams of Margarine
1 tablespoon of Ground cumin
1 teaspoon of Salt
½ cup of Sour cream
Preparation
Step 1 : In a deep pot, melt the margarine and add the garlic, sweet pepper, and onion, sautéing until fragrant.
Step 2 : Add the bean broth, salsa, and cumin, letting it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, add the beans and let it boil.
Step 4 : Incorporate the previously cooked rice, reduce the heat, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5 : Finally, add the culantro, remove from heat, and mix well.
Step 6 : Serve with sour cream and fried plantain.
