Ingredients
1 kilogram of Fresh tuna
1 kilogram of Diced carrot
1 kilogram of String beans
1 Cauliflower in pieces
1 cup of Olive oil
2 Packs of bay leaf
1 kilogram of Red onion
1 kilogram of Sweet pepper
1 liter of Wine vinegar
50 milliliters of Lemon juice
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cooking the tuna in water for about 35 minutes, shred it, and set it aside.
Step 2 : Next, carefully wash and chop the vegetables.
Step 3 : Then, blanch them in boiling water to soften slightly.
Step 4 : Once all the ingredients are ready, mix them together with the oil, vinegar, and lemon juice in a glass jar.
Step 5 : Finally, let the mixture marinate in the jar for several days before serving.
