Ingredients
1 kilogram of Chicasquil leaves
2 kilograms of Potato
1 Cilantro coyote plant
1 Onion
1 Celery stalk
1 Sweet pepper
1 Bay leaf
Oregano
1 pinch of Salt

Preparation
Step 1 : The chicasquil leaves are cooked with a little salt for 45 minutes.
Step 2 : Then they are removed from the heat, rinsed with cold water, drained, and chopped.
Step 3 : The potatoes are boiled whole with salt until soft.
Step 4 : Remove from heat, peel, and let cool before chopping.
Step 5 : In another pot, sauté the aromatics and remaining spices.
Step 6 : Gradually add the potato with the chicasquil, mixing gently for 2 minutes.
