Costa Rican Style Seafood Skewers
Ingredients
700 grams of Dorado fillet
400 grams of Peeled shrimp
2 Red chilies, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
½ cup of Sesame oil
½ cup of Ostion sauce
2 tablespoons of Lizano sauce
1 cup of Seafood broth
1 Bell pepper
2 teaspoons of Cornstarch
3 tablespoons of Water
2 tablespoons of Cooking wine
1 Small package of bay leaf
Preparation
Step 1 : Skewers are assembled on wooden sticks, alternating pieces of fish, shrimp, onion, and chili, previously marinated with spices such as bay leaf, wine, ostion sauce, oil, and Lizano sauce.
Step 2 : They are grilled on the grill or grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
